Two decades of studying what we breathe
Brizz4life is an information hub dedicated to the air around us — how to keep it safe, and how to use it to make the body stronger.
Evidence first
For more than twenty years we have studied the effects of elevated carbon dioxide levels on the human body. This website provides evidence-based information on CO₂ and other airborne contaminants — explaining which air pollutants may pose health risks, and how their negative effects can be reduced or, in some cases, minimised altogether.
That research informs both sides of our work: protective shelters that keep contaminated air out, and hypoxia-based training that puts controlled low-oxygen air to work for health and performance.
Civil defence shelter
Survival shelters, bomb shelters and fallout protection for households and industry. Shelters are also widely used in industrial settings against technological accidents and severe weather events common across the United States.

Hypoxic chambers, rooms and tents, plus hypoxic training and sleep protocols. By precisely reducing oxygen, low-oxygen training simulates altitudes of roughly 1,500–3,000 m — bringing high-altitude adaptation to the gym, clinic and home.
